魚が地上の世界を見る事ができる展望台 observatory for fish to view the world in the air
水面には突出した部分がありません。
魚たちが水面より上に出て、地上の世界を観察できる展望台を考えてみました。
人は登ってきた魚たちを観察できますが、魚も人間たちを観察する事ができます。
筒状の本体と、中の空気を追い出す回転機構または頂部の真空ポンプにより、水を吸い上げ、水面上に海中をつくりだします。
There is no part of the water projected from its flat surface. This observatory is to provide fish with the chance to exceed the surface to see the world in the air including terrestrial that is outer world for them.
People can enjoy observing fish that have ascended in it, but actually the fish can enjoy human nature from it as well.
The observatory consists of tube(s) and rotating mechanism to expel the air inside or vacuum pump at the top to suction and raise up the water.
