Flood Survival Facilities / 津波からの漂着避難装置
We'd like to introduce facilities for evacuation and rescue from tsunami and floods that provides evacuees with evacuation means and lifts up swallowed flood sufferers up to the water surface when inundated. (PAT.P)
Currently under research and development for implementation.
津波や洪水からの避難や救助の装置を考案しましたので、当サイトにてご紹介させて頂くことにしました。津波等からの避難時には当該装置を上って避難できるものですが、浸水後には、逃げ遅れて水流に呑まれた遭難者を漂着させ、当該装置に沿って水面まで上昇させて救助救命するものです。（特許出願済）
有効性や実現性等の検証を含め、現在、鋭意研究開発中です。
